Finally have my space allocated for the degree show and I’m so happy. It’s the architecture atrium and the space is so big and light. There is nobody else here to distract from the work. Its going to be amazing. There is a huge piece in here at the moment that is Michael Pinsky’s work. Apparently it’s for a new TV show that features artists around the UK competing for a prize. This is such an amazing piece that is a comment on the changing weather patterns. Apparently it magnifies the current weather conditions so if its windy the wind will be magnified, or rain etc. The good news is that it’s going soon and I can start building.
