Research into https://piamannikko.com/works/ I can see myself using this. I like the idea of using tulle or nylon to create a maze of images. Or getting photographs blown up and printed onto the fabric to hang in a spiral to allow viewers to walk through. Sort of making the original idea when I was going to build the maze out of wood and use the porcelain pieces hanging to create the maze.
I can’t do that now so this idea would work well. I have to find out how to get the images printed on the nylon. Screen print would be the obvious way but I have no access to that. Pia has chosen to paint onto the fabric but my images are too difficult for that.
